Scratch Catering, LLC began with a simple conviction: children deserve real food at school, and families deserve convenient meals made with care to share at home. We started in the Presentation of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic School community — because that is our community, and because our neighbors asked for it.

Every menu is written by hand and cooked with care from scratch. Sauces are simmered, chicken is brined, vegetables are sauteed. Our goal is to maximize the use of whole, minimally processed ingredients. We will not serve your children what we would not feed our own.

Beyond the school day, we prepare a weekly family meal so that busy families can gather at the table without spending the evening at the stove. It is the same ethos, the same care — portioned for your whole family.
