A parish kitchen, run like family.
Scratch Lunch began with a simple conviction: children deserve real food at school, and families deserve real dinners at home. We started in the kitchens of the Presentation of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic School community — because that is our community, and because our neighbors asked for it.
Every menu is written by hand, sourced with care, and cooked from scratch. Sauces are simmered, breads are toasted, chicken is brined. What we would not feed our own children, we will not serve to yours.
Beyond the school day, we prepare a weekly family meal so that busy Catholic families can gather at the table without spending the evening at the stove. It is the same food, the same care — simply portioned for home.
